Downpipe puck size?

98% done with my downpipe.Got some questions.Someone told me to put a 1/4 inch bigger puck in it?Does someone know an actual size?
It appears the puck rotates can it be mounted solid?

The only benifit to a larger puck is boost control. You would have to port the exhaust side of your turbo for it to benifit you.
