Downpipe question

Hey guys, I've got a pretty dumb question for you all but just wanted to check. I've got a Poston 2 piece 3'' downpipe that is getting replaced very soon with a good one piece. I will most likely be going with a TA or the RJC, but was just wondering if these need a gasket between the turbo and downpipe flange. I've seen one place sell them and the rest don't seem to mention anything about it, so I just wanted to make sure on whether or not I would need one or not, or if they come with it. Again, I know it's kind of a stupid question but just wanted to check! Thanks guys.
