Are you actually looking for the metal flange on the downpipe or the donut gasket ?

Any good muffler shop should be able to fab up the pipe end and have the flange in stock or be able to get one easily. Then you can get the doughnut and bolts/springs.

For as many that have been replaced with a downpipe, hitting the parts wanted/for sale should yeild a good used one.
