Is there any particular website that lists dragstrips and their altitude?

Try www.nhra.com and www.ihra.com should be able to find a list of "member" tracks

www.chasinracin.com has most dragstrips listed and has the altitude as well as the longitude and latitude.

It has Bristol listed at 1790 and Farmington listed at 1200

I know NED lists that info at their website. Maybe the others do too.
