I purchased a turbo from him and had great communication on shipping, tracking #. He even added insurance (that I didn't think to ask for). I am very lucky he did as the post office tried to deliver it when no one was home so they took it back to their building. It hasn't been seen since......... I tried to pick it up Tuesday after work and now its Thursday and still can't be found. I'm going after work today to do the paper work on the insurance claim. I guess a postal worker needed a new one........
