Seems something has gone awry with it. When it's on the car (locked or not) there is play in it, I can lift it up about 1/4". Oddly enough it doesn't leak, but the wind noise is frikkin unbearable at anything over 60mph. It just happened recently because it wasn't like this last year.
I did notice a small piece of aluminum on the floor in the back of the car, maybe it's what's left of a disintegrated bushing that was in the hole for the locating pin?

Any ideas on how to fix this?

TIA
Steve

The adjustment screws have probably loosened up.

Remove the top. Take a phillips head screw driver and remove the handle, four trim screws and the trim. Put the top back on and latch it in to place.

The two 7mm screws on either end are there to hold the latch rods in position. Loosen them more if necessary, pull down on the top while pushing up on the rod ends & tighten the screws back up.
