Driveshaft hell

wtf I've done this before and now it's giving me trouble, I can't seem to get the ds bearings you know the ones that keep falling off to line up on with rear diff does anyone have a special trick for this or should I just Until I get it

I use a wrap of electrical tape to hold the caps on until I am ready to bolt it to the rear yoke.

Those caps shouldn't just "fall off". All the 'shafts I've installed, the grease does a pretty good job of holding them in place even when given a decent (but unintentional) bump or two. If the caps are falling off, you've got other problems...
