Driveshaft loop VERY close to driveshaft.

I just installed my driveshaft loop and the top of the loop is about 1/8" from touching the driveshaft. Is anyone else's that close?

I heard that when the car squats, the driveshaft will actually move down. Is this correct?

I dont want my driveshaft to hit the loop and dent my floor. Thanks for any tips.

I've tried the loops that are basically a straight peice of metal with a welded on loop and it hit. Since then I put METCO loops on all my cars and they don't hit. They have a nice huge circle loop so lots of clearance.
