Drowsey drivers in NJ

Wow seems that penalty is more excessive. 10 years in jail & 100k fine

I have seen 2nd & 3rd offense drunks do less time & fine

Maybe they have a SLEEPERLIZER test

Just like the complicated emissions/saftey car testing.
You guys in NJ still have all that?

Yeah, still have that. And the highest insurance rates in the country. And the most congested, most poorly designed roadways. But sleepy drivers, that's our biggest problem.
