In the interest of time, I had a local shop swap out a welded DS header for my cracked original.
I heard an exhaust leak on Thursday night and took a closer look last night. The rear two bolts were loose (less than finger tight on the top bolt). I snugged everything back down, took a ride and although most of the ticking is gone, it seems to have come back a slight bit. I suspect that the header gasket that was used has blown since the bolts were loose.
Who makes a header gasket for these things and where do I get one?
