Installed DS this morning in about 1.5 hrs total. That ribbon cable is really touchy, I made a styrofoam spacer as suggested by BobbyBuick, to prevent the cable from shoving on too far. This is really a good tip and i think its essential! The spacer sits between the chip socket and the end of the ribbon cable. That ribbon cable wants to JUST make contact with the fingers or the SES light comes on and the car runs like crap. Just wanted to pass along my experience,maybe some of this will help someone.
