DSE rear sway bar install question

Just finishing up installing a new rear bar, it seems to be hanging pretty low in the back. I could raise it up by extending the adjustable links, but that would put me a long way from the suggested 3 1/2". I looked for pics of other DSE installs and don't see any low like this.

When you put the load back on the rear wheels the bar will level out.
