Are these comparable to the HR bar for mild street strip cars to keep things from twisting ?

They mount the same way and work the same way, to the chassis and they both have "Rate" adjustments...

So if I use the bar can I skip airbags ?
Do I need new lower arms with the bar or is stock ok?

Air bags are intended to quickly add rate to one side or both.......The sway bar has adjustable rate settings on the bar it's self but it's a different "rate" than what the air bags do...

The stock control arms are surprisingly weak. Makes no sense to increase the sway bar strength and use wet noodles for control arms.

Ordered a hell wig after reading the positive reviews on here seemed like a good deal at 200 bucks shipped.

Thanks
