Probably the fan motor then. Those are not SPAL so I don't know where to get a replacement. Maybe G-Body Parts can help you out?

I guess you know the answer then. Power in and fan not running means the fan needs to be replaced. {Internal short}

Gbody doesn't sell just the motor, they only sell the whole unit.

I was able to locate a motor.
