Dumb Question

What would happen if the vacuum hose from the turbo compressor came off while driving or a hard take off under boost?

How would car act?....just no boost from turbo?
Could something make it pop off if it wasn't a loose/bad hose?
Would any damage happen from it popping off?

It opens your waste gate. What happens all depends on how much boost your compressor can put out if the line pops at WOT. I have nightmares about this scenario.

The result if the car wasnt set up for high boost is overboost, lean out, detonation.
