Ok im in Northeast Pa were can i take my car to get tuned?

What performance level are you at? If you have an aftermarket ECM, the closest Buick guy I know would be Dale Cherry at Berrel Auto Repair, just north of Philly, expert tuner and has (or at least had ) a single turbo GN that ran 8.2's or so. You might also check with the MAGNA club members for recommendations, I think their forum is still at www.turbo buicks.com.
