E85 and Alky

I recently bought a car with E85 and Alky set up. Im a newbie to E85 and wanted to turn off the alky system and just run E85 alone. Would that damage the motor at all? or would I need to do something first before turning the alky system off?

if the tune is set up to work using both. YES you can damage the engine.
turn off the alky, turn down the boost and back out the timing. and start over on the tune.
