Right now my injector duty cycle with my 60's is 67-68% on pump gas and alky with 11.0:1 AFR. From my bad math, they would be right at 100% with E85 and a comprable AFR (7.3:1) Am I correct? Can I get away with this?

Too close for comfort in my opinion...You may get away with it but for how long?? Even if you have a double pumper or a adequate single pump your injectors will still be a weak link....

If I am right at 100% I agree. I'm just wondering if my math is correct. Looks like I have enough room to go 50% blend and play with some more fuel and timing. I'd need a better fuel pump first though.

I'm getting ready to make the swap to e85 with 60# injectors, but my engine/turbo are stock. Basic bolt ons, Walbro 450 pump and chip

60lb injectors with your build will be too risky going 100% E85....Ported heads with that cam even with a 44 turbo will be cutting it too close...

I intended to go with 80's, but I got a smoking deal on a new set of 60's when I was putting it all together and just could not pass it all up.
