Early 90's PATS 2004R converter question

Can someone recall, we're the converters from them, with Grandnational stenciled on the box always a lock-up?
I know it sounds obvious but wanted to see if some knew something about them.
How can you a tell a lock up with non lock type.
I have a stock D5 and the Pats. Is there any corelation with the weights?

I had a Pat's converter, 12" lockup. It worked great! They had options for either. I don't recall if they had "Grand National" on the box mine came in. Looks like they are still in business but looks like "Pat" died last year according their FB page. Maybe give them a call.

Thanks for the input, I didn't try real hard to contact them. I have both, the Pats and stock D5 for sale. I am talking to a potential buyer who is on this board. I'm just trying to gather information for him.
The Pats is the same physical size as the D5.
