When my engine warms up and the first time I really get into it, the Turbo link 4.0 software I'm running shows ecm no longer reading off the chip. Then it bounces back and forth between the chip and cal pak. Getting highly unusual readings, as well. These all seem to go berzerk at once. It will bring up several MALF codes.
Someone suggested the ecm may have a bad ground. If so where does the ecm ground at? I searched around but could not locate the ground for the ecm.
I can drive this car all day long and not have any problems until I approach WOT. AT WOT the engine seems to sputter slightly and the KR numbers shoot way up, along with RPMs. I can park the car and sometimes the TL software shows it still in 3rd gear.
Any idea where the ecm gets it's ground from? I'll check that first.
