ECM modifications?

How are folks able to run 120 lb injectors with a factory computer? The car I bought has a power logger and a wide ban o2 sensor along with an input from a fuel pressure transducer. I haven’t attempted to connect to it. I want to but I know nothing about how to do so.

The 120#ers are either High Impedance style, or the injector drivers have been swapped out in the factory ECM. But to be honest, most people switch over to an XFI when using that large of an injector.
