ecm voltage not right

I tryed to check my ecm with the voltage chart that bfh has posted in the info spot. I pulleed the plugs off the ecm and started to test them with the key on. Lots of them say i should get a voltage but iam getting nothing from most of the pins.

this started when i changed the wires over for the v2 set up so i could run the 87 tband tps, but i moved the wrong wires . I changed the blue to the white and the white to the blue. Then i found it should have been the white and black that get moved but now i have nothing. What did i do and am i testing this right.

Help me out guys, did i test this right . It has a hard time starting but runs ok when it is running , i dont know how it even runs with tps and others not working.

did i blow something up. what can i check or test.
