ECU Based boost control

Is anyone using this set up on the Buicks ??
Is the Buick ECM even capable of this feature ?
Seems like a great Engine safeguard along with other benefits.

No way to piggy-back? If memory is all that is needed, could TT possibly rig up a USB memory stick or memory card? Just asking ignorant questions here. I'm sure TT has enough projects already. It would be awesome-progressive boost with less chance of blowing up stuff when something goes wrong.
