Egr delete and vacuum lines?

My egr is stuck open. Was told it was probably the egr solenoid holding it open. I'm going to be deleting the egr once my tt chip comes in. What do I do with the vacuum lines when it's deleted? Or what can I do with them for the time being so the egr will stay closed and car won't stall at lights?
