EGR Vacuum Solenoid

Does anybody know if the small filter on the back side of this unit under the round cap is available from anyone? I assume worst case I can just stick some sort of filter foam on it. I was pulling it off and it tore apart and crumbled(guess it had been on there a long time)

Can still get it from GM, p/n 10159525. About 4 or 5 dollars.
