Where do you insert the probe? I heard it was suppose to be in the downpipe.........???

Based on a quick search, it looks like it should be opposite of the oxy sensor, or 90' to it. I have to install my Westach probe this weekend, and that's the info I've found. Haven't looked at the car yet to see what's going to be involved...

Yeah, you want it next to the 02 sensor before the turbo.

From what I've absorbed, 6" from where the header attaches to the head, in the hottest exhaust tube. If this is where your O2s are, disregard my comments.

Well, if you have a powerplate, they should all be the same. There is no way to get 6" from the head on our cars. Our headers only stick out about 4" and then go into a common tube for the turbo.

you could put irt anywhere and use it as refrerence, but the most common place is on the uppipe on the header going into the turbo (opposite the 02 sensor)
