Elbow Bolts

I just got my ATR DP, and am preparing to do the install. I noticed the four bolts that hold the elbow to the turbo are pretty tight. How do you loosen them without breaking bolts or stripping the housing? Should I use impact or a high torque air rachet after using penetrating oil? Should I try to loosen the bolts with a warm engine. Please help. I know when I re-install the new bolts (that come with the DP) I will coat them with copper antisieze.

Thanx in advance

I have had good luck warming the motor up. This is not to say that a bolt want break.

Definitely saturate with penetrating oil and give it some time to work in. I would probably try to loosen by hand, but not sure whether that is the best way or not.
