Just curious how other counties are handling emergency weather conditions. Here is an article from my county http://www.springfieldnewssun.com/n...ws/2003/12/07/1070854738.20005.4227.2414.html They seem to be fed up with answering the phone.
However, I do agree with "use your own judgement" idea. Oposed to "If you're out on a Level 3"...you get a ticket. That sucks.
