Engine, backfiring and sputtering while using cruise control

Engine backfire and sputtering while using cruise control replaced mass airflow sensor throttle positioning sensor O2 sensor cannot figure out why sputtering and backfired

Vacuum leak in the cruise diaphragm?
It changes position when it's holding the throttle open and doesn't have vacuum on it unless activated.

Data recording is what's needed to avoid exactly what you are doing... Shotgunning parts at the problem.
Do you have a Scanmaster, or other diagnostic tools?
What else have you gone over?
Vac lines?
Wiring?
