I am about 2 seconds from ditching my heater box too, because my heater does not work.

The AC system would never be used anyway.
It adds alot of weight and makes for a very cramped engine compartment.

Changing sparkplugs or valvesprings is such a breeze without the AC box in the way. The drivers side is a pain in the a$$ now. If I could find a way to ditch the master cylinder and powermaster assy, I'd do that too.
