Engine Harness

Can anyone here show me where the two metal tabs bolt on the round conduit for the engine harness? Ive been asking in the tech section for almost a month now and no one likes me I guess :frown:

They go under the heater box. There should be studs sticking out that they slide onto. I dont believe they are bolted, just metal clips that slide over the studs. You can actually see one in the pic.

Now...does the harness go up or go down when I put the grommet into the firewall?
