We've taken it out. Most he's got on it is 10 pounds of boost. Made his ears pop...and now he wants to sell his Camaro. Silly man. I can't keep him out of it now...told him I was going to paint it hot pink with flowers if he didn't stay away from it (said he'd drive it anyway though)..

NO! Go get some hello kitty magnets and fuzzy bunnies and while he's there place them carefully around the car and ask his opinion of what it would look like. Then tell him "It's gonna happen if you don't keep out!" and see what he does. Just remember to take some pics of his face when you do. LOL

Sorry but I got to ask. Have you taken out the father in law yet? He’s the one that really needs a ride. If he’s not yet been in the car wait until you’ve got it dialed in and he’s wearing a diaper. Hate to get the seats dirty.

Oh yes...we took it over there and he wanted a ride...but didn't want ME to drive. So Kyle takes him. They get back, he says "I'm impressed". Then rattles off 20 things Kyle needs to get for his car to get it to where mines at (including getting it tubbed, supercharger, new cam, blah blah blah). Then FINALLY admits my car would kill the Camaro...BUT...starts on about his Chevelle and the big block 427 he had in it...of course, my little V6 would be NO match for it. I can only HOPE he gets that car running in this lifetime!

Do you have a roller rocker setup? The guy who did my engine is super smart with these cars and said these valve covers should give you no issue at all with clearance. He did say there was a set you can get from TA Performance that makes it much easier to get them out on the passenger side. We're having custom ones made, so we didn't get those. Hope that helps!

Ah, you would have to know my father in law to understand that...one of those who think a woman's place is in the kitchen kind of guys...it's OK though...I'm having a shirt made that will constantly remind him. :biggrin:
