engine noise

My T has has 32# oil psi @ idle hot and over 60 around 3k. Cold psi is 65 or so. It sounds like rod knock when you get the rpm up and level them out. At idle it sounds like mains. The motor only has about 5k miles. Wiped a cam lobe around 4k. Replaced with a comp cam 206/206 with matched lifters. It has always been noisy from the get go. Sounds like the lifters/rockers are ticking at idle.
I have Mobil 15W50 syn. Broke engine and cams in with dino oil.
Any ideas?

update

After driving around for 45 min it idles @ 24#.

Too far of a ride! If you were closer I'd put it on my old mans roll back and head out. I think it is the damn cam-again.
