Engine rebuilder in Nor Cal

Can anyone recommend a builder and installation shop with a positive reputation in the Nor Cal area? Ideally, it would be great if the same place can remove , rebuild, and reinstall the engine, but I don't mind having two different places do the work.

A basic rebuild to get the engine back to factory specs. It's an Olds 307.
