Hey I'm having a problem with my car usually takes about 3 to 4 times to turn it over before it runs????what could be the problem low fuel pressure???

Go to the Vortexbuicks site and check out the article on "Fuel Pump/Fuel Injector circuit". Sounds like you have a possible bad fuel pump relay...

No power coming from ecm green & white wire when I crank it vortex buicks doesn't diagnose that
