I believe GM has discontinued this part. You could have your local dealer do a search to see who has one in stock in the US. Also, any of the members who are always stripping down cars would have what you want.

But, if you want a NOS part, nos4gn.com has them in stock. Just pick either 1986 or 1987 (the sticker/barcode is different).
