Stock Cam dimensions

Checking a stock cam for wear. What are the dimensions from base circle to the top of the lobe? Are exhaust and intake lobes the same? Thanks!

I just posted a sticky thread that has the Specs for the stock cam. The lift listed is VALVE lift not LOBE lift. The stock rocker ratio is 1.55, I believe. If you take valve lift and divide it by 1.55 you get lobe lift.

I have successfully had the stock cams re-ground by Delta Cam in Washington State. They do a nice job and re-parkerize the lobes after the re-grind. Very inexpensive for the service they provide IMO.
