what do you guys think my 84 T will run in 1/4 avg with the simple mods below ?

i notice you have a flowmaster catback listed. Do you also have flowmaster mufflers? If so you probably want to get rid of them and sell them to an NA owner. Flowmasters are not the way to go with a turbo motor I hear. Try a search on it for the specifics.

im no expert, and ive never ran or seen a hotair run but from what info ive gathered i think your still in the 15's...i could be wrong

I ran 14.3's with similar mods on 215/65 BFG T/A's. Have we gone backwards on what hot air cars run? That was the typical low 14, high 13 recipe.

thanks forcefed3.8 for your support. My car does feel like is running14's maybe high 14's but definetly 14's.

on the flowmaster comments, I do have the flowmaster mufflers. I'm on a budget currently. Can I just take the flowmaster mufflers of an put straight pipes ? How would that sound and perform ? Thanks.

i have flows too....not by choice tho, the prev owner did them but i just bought a dump pipe and took out my cat....you can go that route but youll need to save the cat for when emissions time comes around...

by the way i got my dump from mease for $79 shipped....top quality work, highly recommended

Here is the wierd thing:

I have no catylitic converter (Straight Pipe) which I forgot to mentioned & it just passed the TX emissions with flying colors.

I have heard this many times before that turbo regals are emissions friendly without the cat.

14's

I am willing to bet if you go to a track, you will pull a 14.80 or maybe a little better. As like everyone else says, the Flowmaster mufflers can be sold on e-bay. Everyone is telling me to go with ATR, which is expensive, but worth it. If you got the test pipe already, then you should just get a pair of cherry bombs and put the pipes out the rear. The mufflers are just for the dampening so no car alarms or neighbors go off on ya.
In NJ, I know I cannot get away with no cat, they check under the car in this state, so a garage and 50 bux gets me through inspection. As for your recipe, try to get the best gas you can, and you may be able to get an exta ounce of boost to get those et's lowered, and let us know how you do.
