Exhaust elbow gasket

I was installing my Dutt neck IC yesterday, and I noticed a tiny bit of oil (yeah it leaks oil on the inside too) leaking out where the exhaust elbow mates to the turbo. I see no sign of a gasket there. Is it supposed to have one?
