I believe the ATR 3" SS duals I bought come with a steel flange, and I recall I was told by ATR that an SS flange was not in the picture as it was deemed too expensive. Then again, I can't tecall what I had for lunch today, so take that with a grain of salt.
Anyway, if I wanted a SS flange (I don;t know why I would, unless I was showing the bottom of my car) I'd make a pattern, buy the SS from Metal Supermarket or ???, and have somebody machine it...
