does a exhaust leak at the dp and turbo (donut) will affect boost our performace of the car

yes it will take forever to spool up. what i use is a 6 in belt sander to make sure the surfaces are flat. what will be better is to have the dp and turbo housing decked.

I think he means like on a stock setup. I think the leak may raise the boost but not enough for you to notice. When I open the dump on my previous cars I gained 2-3psi of boost so a leaking doughnut will probaly just be irritating.

A leak after the turbine housing wont have any affect on things. Other than dumping hot exhaust into the engine bay, and who know where else.

When mine was leaking, it gave me bad o2 #'s and my BLM's were high. I
replaced the gasket twice and had the exact problem as described.
