Extender Pro fuel psi?

It says to set at 45psi, is this with line on or off? Thanks....

I saved myself a TON of potential headaches when I got my TransPro. I also bought the plug-n-play adapter for it (can be gotten from Caspers, and probably Full Throttle).
Plug the unit in, set the startup default parameters and go.
