i see nothing wrong with doing so. I would use 6 rubber mounts just so you dont have some much load on the 4. Spreading out the flexing and vibration.

no need to ground it with a seperate ground IMOP either.

please keep us posted on your new setup

Do you also run an in tank pump?

I run the same pump with no intank. These pumps will suck a golfball through a garden hose. :p

In his initial statement he uses the word pumps. Is his picture a picture of a pump and a filter or is it a picture of two pumps?

Thats appears to be a pre filter. It's suppose to run a pre and post. I would imagine his post will be down the line in the frame rail. Thats how I did mine.

I would use rubber mounts on the plate, filter and pump:)

No in-tank , just the weldon 1100a . yep..... a post fillter will be installed . i heard these pumps are not to loud . also will have a kenne bell bap installed and controled by the fast xfi .
