extra oil??

My engine builder suggested that I keep 6 quarts of oil in my motor even though I have a stock pan. (due to th stud girdle) thoughts anyone?

I always thought a stock LC2 held 6 quarts.

RJC makes a deep pan if you want more oil capacity. Or with the girdle you fill it until it hits the add line I believe.

never hurts to have a little extra...to cover the leakage anyway
