Could anyone tell me the ups and downs on F.A.S.T. How much better or easier is it to tune your vehicle?
Any help will be appreciated.

The only problems I encountered was my wife telling me I spend too much time in the car tunning my FAST.

Performance wise FAST blows away the stock ecm if you plan on constantly modding your motor.

But if you plan on keeping your current mods for a long time then the factory ecm and a custom chip is the way to go.

If you want to go 10's and quicker I think FAST is a good investment..
