Factory lead in wire

Hello all.

The previous owner of my car removed the radio, and in the process, cut the lead in wire going to the radio from the antenna bezel. Where can I get a good factory replacement wire? Will I need to replace the bezel on the fender, too? The antenna itself is also gone. It was a fixed mast antenna, NOT a power antenna.
