Factory radio

So my car has been parked while the new engine was built. I got it back together and running the other night but noticed my radio quit working. It worked prior to parking it. Now the radio just says 1:00 on it and antenna works but no sound. I haven't troubleshoot it yet but i was wondering if anyone has any pointers before I do? Is this possibly a symptom of a bad radio?
