My GN is equipped with the factory alarm system. The problem is that it doesn't work. I have no idea where it is located in the car, or where to begin troubleshooting.
I know that this system isn't the best, but I like things to work in my car.
The only thing I remember about working on the system was the time I changed the bulb for the "security" light. When I tried to remove it, it seemed to flicker off and on. Then it broke.
When the bulb broke, the horn beeped once then nothing. Haven't heard anything from it since. I tried a new bulb, thinking it completed the circuit, still nothing.
Anyone have any ideas? Are there any fuses to check? Anything to reset? I'm at a loss. TIA!
