Farad caps, What do I need?

I'm redoing my car's system. The system is powered by old school Rockford amps. Here is a run down of the amps and what they will be used for.
3- R/F Punch 150 bridged mono, for base amps. Each one will drive one free air sub. Amps are at 180 watts when bridged (This is a total of 3 bass amps)
1- R/F Power 300 for mids and highs.

I've been looking on Ebay and have seen many kinds of caps, being out of the car audio seen for quit a while, I don't know what is juck anymore. So your help on brands or how big of one I need is welcomed.

Ummm..I was told 1 farad per 1,000 w/RMS...but ya never know.. with all the "new" hi-tek equipment

Found a 3 farad for the extra low price of $79.95 All these different name brands......What is juck
