FAST and knock sensor, suggestions?

Any suggestions for an external knock monitor? I hear the J&S Safeguard mentioned but are there others worth looking at?

My B2B fast obviously has provisions for ESC but a search of the board did not tell exactly what sensors/modules people are using. Any sort of guide for working knock controll with the FAST if I choose?

I would go with the J@S it seems to be the best, as it only retards the knocking cylinders allowing to make more hp on the edge safely. The Fast knock control is ok, but the J@S is way better in my books
